3 tests and 14 weeks in, I suppose I can actually embrace the fact that I am going to be the mom of 2! The initial, "What the hell was I Thinking?!" of having 2 under the age of 2.5 is starting to fade as I am convincing myself that the second time around HAS to be easier, right?.  Ask me again in September, if I am coherent.
